Having visited Arusha in 2010 after ascending Kilimanjaro it is such an eye opener as to how the rest of the world eeks out an existance. When the vet of my pet has an over the top luxurious office compared to the local doctor you wonder what is wrong with us when we complain – about WHAT?????
