It is true. I am in bed at the moment working on my IPad about The Silk Route. It is the juggling of life and recreation. I will be glad when the trip starts. I will be in the full time recreation mode for a period of time.

It seems it’s harder to sit at a desk and work preparing for the Silk route than it is to cycle it. The daily work outs at the gym and on the road as well as all the paperwork, phone calling and buying and packing I do will make the challenges I will encounter on the Silk Route sharper and give me a peace of mind that I really want to be here.
