Our chefs do deal with a variety of dietary concerns including gluten-free, vegetarian, and lactose intolerant. They do their best, but also ask the riders to be actively involved in ensuring they get the proper nutrition. For some with special requirements, we ask them to also supplement their diet with locally purchased snacks and appetizers to round out their meals with items they like.
