The Great Divide was an amazing ride, but totally different, being self supported and solo…amazingly beautiful countryside.

Congratulations with your fenominal accomplishment.
Last year, in September my wife Jennifer met your aunt in South Portland, Maine.USA
She is the manager/owner of a UPS franchise there. Jennifer wanted to mail a parcel to CapeTown S.A. Your aunt needed to help and a conversation started. That is when Jennifer learned about your bicycling and TDA. ‘Oh, I have to tell my husband, he wants to do something big when he turns 70 and he loves to ride his bike in Colorado. I became very interested TDA and signed up for the newsletter and registered for 2014. I asked Jennifer: what is in it for you? ‘I wait for you in CapeTown’. She happens to love that town. While I had a setback ( a partial knee replacement in May ) I am still going to try to make it. Your interview was very inspiring. If you ride the Continental Divide Trail to Boulder I hope that we have a chance to meet. I live only about 2 hours from Boulder.
