Madagascar Route Research – Follow #TDA8thContinent
It’s been over two weeks since Sharita and Emily landed in Madagascar and began researching a route for a new tour scheduled for the spring of 2017. The pictures they have been posting on social media have been.. stunning. Ya, I think that’s the word.
Here’s a brief summary in 15 Twitter and Instagram posts. Follow #TDA8thContinent for more to come as they post daily from the road.

When is the planned tour of Madagascar?
Hi Hans, It runs from May 17th, 2017 to June 25th, 2017. More info can be found on the website – https://tdaglobalcycling.com/magical-madagascar. Hope you can join us!
As far as I know, Madagascar’s only international airport is in Antananarivo.
What about the transport from there to the starting point in Ifaty (with a bicycle as luggage!), or from the end point of the tour in Antisiranana back to Antananarivo: inland flight, bus or what? Or does TDA provide these legs of the journey?
Regards, Felix
