Following the Riders of the 2017 Tour d’Afrique

Twenty seven riders from 8 different countries will depart tomorrow from the Great Pyramids, the starting point of their 12,000km cycling journey to Cape Town. Another 35 or so will join for a section or 2…or 5.  Over 4 months they will experience many emotions, overcome any number of obstacles, stare in wonder at some of the world’s most spectacular scenery and enjoy the African people’s legendary hospitality. We encourage you to follow their adventures by checking out our website, Facebook page and Twitter & Instagram accounts (#tourdafrique).
