However I was disappointed to see that city workers had removed them immediately, but as this article,,which was written in 2018 I’m wondering if things have improved now.
I really hope so as Riga sounds a lovely place to visit and hopefully cycle around on a flat landscape and enjoy everything that it has to offer!
