For 4 years I had managed the restaurant of the first Italian bike café, the Upcycle BikeCafé, in Milan, and during that period I wrote a recipe book for bike lovers “Dalla padella alla bici” ed. Ediciclo.
I’writing you because I would be very happy to work with you in the project “All roads do lead to Rome”. I know my Country very well, I speake English, French (you need it if you go to Corsica) and Spanish, I’ve been organizing events for years and love to ride.
Let me know if you need a help in the organization of this wonderful new Tour.
Best,
Francesca
