After another trudging day, uphill, when I finally topped the mountain ridge which overlooks Table Mountain and the Atlantic of Capetown,
my emotions soared to the moon.
I HAVE DONE IT.
The intensity, pain and joy felt the same as when I gave birth to my two wonderful children.
I DID IT.
