I feel guilty of being selfish and challenging the staff about not being able to cycle the next day,I put myself first without thinking how hard it must have been for the staff without there leader and having to look after us with fewer staff.
So I would like to apologise to you and the staff,Shany,for behaving in such a selfish way.Apart from that day it was a great experience and well organised,loved it.

We agree, every day is better with a little time on the bike. It has kept me sane during Covid – in our 80s, we still look fondly back at Tanzania and Malawi in 2004.

We did the Northern route across the US, panniers and hotels, (just the two of us), from Portland, OR to Chappaqua, NY in 2010 to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Your US trip sounds wonderful, wish we could be with you but we might hold the group back. Have not yet taken up the ebike, but maybe someday.

Meantime, our hearts will be with you!
