Hi Claudine, we send up to date information to the registered riders closer to the date of the tour (so they are getting the most current info) but a good source for info on the situation in Costa Rica is there travel website https://www.visitcostarica.com/en/costa-rica/planning-your-trip/entry-requirements We do not otherwise send out monthly info on this. We recommend the NY Times vaccine and infection tracker which provides excellent overviews of cases and vaccinations worldwide.
