I read a comment that the average cycle is 75 km. Are you able to advise what type of elevation gain as I’m not very efficient in climbing. Are bikes provided or clients bring their own? Are clients typically very fast riders or is there a range of speed? I have a hybrid bike that allows me to carry a bag. Would I have to get a touring bike for this type of trip?
