Thanks for the comment and we are sorry to hear of your experiences in Iran. Our cyclists benefit from some added safety in numbers, experienced tour staff, support vehicles and local guides. We do not have any experience of solo cycling there.

I was assaulted sexually several times, nearly sucessfull rape attempt included. Same to 2 other solo cycling women there I know personally and many more I do not. I understand you had just positive experience but I’d say it’s a matter of whre you cycle and pure luck. In any country ever I felt so insecure and basically stopped cycling. I must say the north is much safer then the south though..
