Six cyclists finish with top times

Edfu to Aswan. The terminus for the cruise ships that take thousands of Western tourists from Cairo and Alexandria. A real tourist town and the end of the line for them, but just a stopping point for us.

Six racers finished in a pack and were awarded identical times. Kyle Yost (USA), Jeremy Wex (Canada), Steven Topham (Canada), Martin Sander (Germany), Scotty Robinson (Canada), Sascha Hartl (Austria). Their time was 3 hrs 46 mins for 112 km. The start was 8:00 a.m., a little later today so we could have more time to get organized in daylight (dawn is sixish in the a.m. throughout our trip).
