Spirits, for better or worse, can be a way to uncover the stories of cultures, of nations, of civilizations. Beer in Ireland & England. Wine in France. Vodka in Russia. Saki in Japan. Bourbon in the USA. In Central & Eastern Europe, that vessel of discovery is Plum Brandy.
We invite you to join us on us on our newest cycling adventure: The Plum Ride, a 5 1/2 week, 3,070 km exploration of Central & Eastern Europe. In September 2027, this cross-continental pilgrimage will take riders through 9 captivating countries: Poland, Germany, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, North Macedonia & Greece. From historic Gdansk, home to the Solidarity movement that ended Soviet rule, on the shores of the Baltic Sea to the ancient Aegean port city of Thessaloniki, once a powerful city during the Byzantine Empire, the cyclists will discover the history, not only plum brandy, but of the peoples that reside in this fascinating part of the world.
